Coughlin Ford of Heath is accepting applications for the position of Body Shop Collision Administrative Assistant at our Ford location in Heath.
What You'll Do
- Contact customer by phone, text , email
- Help customer schedule appointments for estimate and repairs
- Follow up with customers during their repair process and when cars should be done
- Provide a friendly and helpful customer experience
- Set up rental cars with Enterprise and Hertz
