Maintenance Service CoordinatorFST Logistics

To ensure success as the Maintenance Service Coordinator, you will identify and coordinate services for PM’s, schedule workflow, and work on day-to-day functionality of the department including work orders. You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST. This role will coordinate breakdown recovery and workflow, gain maintenance knowledge of current FST operations, and develop SOP library for the department.  You will assist in registrations and tag renewals and assist Dispatch in equipment tracking and utilization of metrics. This role will be expected to switch weekends foron call issues. The on-call phone will be held one week at a time.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

• Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
• Strong knowledge of TMS, preferably TruckMate
• Prior experience with process improvement and developing Standard Operating Procedures
• 1+ years maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem management skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong time management skills
• CDL license preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Word, and Excel.
• An understanding of a YMS or MMS would be beneficial.
