We are in need of a Sales Office Associate for our Sales Counter at our Galena, Ohio location. Applicant must have the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with accuracy, be detail-oriented, and be able to provide exceptional customer service for all clients. Responsibilities and duties include direct interaction with customers, assisting with order fulfillment, processing invoices with accuracy, invoice reconciliation and balancing, phone and radio communication and stocking merchandise. Qualifications and skills include customer service mentality with a proficiency for problem solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail, basic computer and POS experience and basic knowledge of plants and botanical products is preferred.
