Be equipped with:

• strong knowledge of billing, remittance, accounts receivable and reconciliation processes 
• the ability to identify, investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies and account variances 
• experience interpreting financial and operational reports to support billing accuracy and process improvements 
• knowledge of internal controls and audit requirements associated with billing and financial operations 
• strong attention to detail when reviewing account balances, billing transactions, reconciliations and journal entry support documentation
   

Bring education and experience from:

• a high school diploma or equivalent (required); a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field (preferred)
• management, supervisory or team lead experience (preferred)
• experience researching and resolving billing exceptions, payment discrepancies, and account reconciliation issues

• experience managing or supporting billing, remittance, accounts receivable or financial operations functions
