Job Description
- Lead the execution and performance of a growing multifamily construction portfolio valued up to $100M+ per project.
- Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
- Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients and project stakeholders.
- Partner with Preconstruction and Operations teams to improve project planning, scheduling, and cost performance.
- Drive operational excellence, team growth, and long-term business objectives.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and project operations.
- Extensive multifamily podium construction experience.
- Track record delivering large-scale projects up to $100M+.
- Strong understanding of negotiated work, cost-plus projects, CPM scheduling, Procore, and MS Project.
- Ability to bridge Preconstruction and Operations while identifying value-engineering opportunities.
