Teacher Aide / MTSS- Part-time
Bishop Leibold School is seeking a supportive, collaborative, and dedicated Educational Assistant / Teacher Aide to assist teachers and support students in a positive Catholic learning environment. The successful candidate will uphold and model the Catholic identity of the school while helping students succeed academically, socially, and spiritually. Responsibilities include supervising students during lunch, recess, class transitions, and other activities; assisting teachers with classroom tasks; supporting small groups of students; and providing accommodation as directed by the classroom
teacher. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, initiative, effective communication skills, and a commitment to student safety and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
○ Familiarity with Catholic education and faith-based learning environments.
○ Effective communication and organizational skills.
○ Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and students.
○ CPR, First Aid, and Safe Parish certifications, as applicable.

Position Details
○ Part-time, non-exempt position; months vary.
○ Reports to the Principal and assigned classroom teacher.
○ Must be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents and use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
○ Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods; occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds; and bend and reach as needed.
