Job Description

A-1 Mechanical is looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC professional to join our team as a Field Supervisor Level 1.

In this role, you'll help oversee day-to-day field operations, support our HVAC technicians and installation crews, and make sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

We're looking for someone with strong HVAC knowledge, good leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to solving problems. The right candidate will be comfortable working with technicians, communicating with customers, and keeping jobs moving in the right direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and supervision to HVAC technicians and installation crews.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Ensure installations and service work meet company standards and applicable codes.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and management to resolve issues.
• Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and keeping projects on track.
• Perform quality checks and follow up on completed work.
• Help train and develop technicians to improve performance and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall field operations.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the HVAC industry required.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, installations, and service procedures.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and assist technicians in the field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: 65,000 - 80,000, based on experience.
