Qualifications

Applicants must possess at least one of the following:

• Associate Degree or

• Valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or

• Ohio Career Pathways Level III (CPL III)

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development

• Strong communication skills with children, families, and coworkers

• A positive, energetic, and engaging personality

• The ability to create and maintain a welcoming, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom

• Knowledge of Ohio's Early Learning and Development Standards

• Experience developing and implementing engaging weekly lesson plans

• The ability to incorporate Creative Curriculum, hands-on exploration, and project-based learning into daily activities

• A commitment to maintaining classroom environments that meet Ohio licensing and quality standards

• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive school culture
