Job Description

* Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved

* Manage subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal project teams throughout the construction lifecycle

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, reporting, and documentation

* Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to oversee project controls and communication

* Support client relationships while identifying opportunities for project success and future growth

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 5+ years of commercial construction experience in a Project Manager capacity

* Experience delivering K-12, higher education, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or senior living projects

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software such as Procore

* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently

* Self-starter with strong communication, scheduling, and leadership skills

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
