Job Description
- Oversee daily site operations from project start through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and field teams
- Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Resolve field issues and support successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects
- Background in healthcare, higher education, K-12, or similar markets preferred
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to manage schedules, site logistics, and project documentation
- Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work
