Job Description
- Lead all on-site operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve key milestones
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
- Enforce safety standards and drive a strong jobsite safety culture
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage projects from sitework through completion
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and construction methods
- Experience leading subcontractors and field personnel effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
