Job Description
- Manage daily onsite construction activities and field operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules.
- Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with project management and trade partners.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with construction project management in the business services industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
