Job Description
- Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams to drive project success
- Monitor project costs, change orders, risk mitigation, and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all phases
