Job Description

* Provide executive oversight for multifamily and mixed-use projects valued up to $100M

* Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams

* Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to drive project strategy and execution

* Manage client relationships, project financials, risk mitigation, and overall project performance

* Support hiring, talent development, and division growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant

* Experience leading multifamily podium construction projects

* Proven leadership experience managing teams, performance reviews, and client relationships

* Background overseeing large-scale projects valued up to $100M

* Strong understanding of negotiated work, cost-plus contracts, scheduling, and value engineering

* Experience with Procore, MS Project, preconstruction, and operations leadership
