CNC Plasma FabricatorMettler Toledo

We are seeking a safety-conscious and detail-oriented CNC Plasma Fabricator to support manufacturing operations. This position involves operating CNC Plasma and other production equipment, including a Press Brake, forklifts, jib cranes and overhead bridge cranes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality, following safety procedures and meeting production requirements. Complete daily production activities according to the production schedule, using blueprints, standard work procedures and work instructions. Accurately enter production and inventory data into the MRP system, including SAP and maintain accurate inventory records. Maintain product quality throughout the production process. Perform daily preventive maintenance on machinery and production equipment. Maintain stock control and pull materials and components required for customer orders. Support other departments and perform additional duties as needed to fulfill customer orders. Participate in facility-wide 5S and Lean initiatives. Safely operate forklifts, jib cranes and overhead cranes. Follow established safety procedures during all production activities. Identify potential safety concerns and contribute to improvements that promote a safe work environment.
