Appointment Scheduler – Service Full-Time | $17.00/Hour + $1.00/Hour Attendance Bonus | Training Provided

No automotive experience? No problem! We're looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our Service team. As an Appointment Scheduler, you'll help customers schedule service appointments and keep their vehicles maintained.

You don't need dealership experience to be successful in this position. We'll teach you what you need to know.

What You'll Do

• Schedule service appointments for customers
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
• Follow up with customers about recommended maintenance and service
• Answer customer questions and help with scheduling
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Work with our Service team to keep appointments organized

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Comfortable talking with customers on the phone
• Basic computer skills

Automotive experience is not required - we'll train you!
