Mercer Landmark is looking for a dependable Agronomy Operations Technician to join our team in Coldwater. This hands-on position supports daily facility operations while helping serve local farmers and agricultural customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations both indoors and outdoors.
• Perform facility opening and closing procedures.
• Complete general maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift, walk, stand, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Willingness to work additional hours during seasonal peak periods.
