Job Description

* Lead day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through closeout

* Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and site safety compliance

* Coordinate activities with project managers, owners, and design teams

* Drive project milestones while maintaining budget and schedule targets

* Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects

* Strong background in multifamily or large commercial construction

* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project schedules

* Knowledge of OSHA standards, safety practices, and quality control

* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
