Job Description
- Manage daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
- Monitor quality control, safety, and site compliance
- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, owners, and design teams
- Conduct site meetings and track project progress
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

The Successful Applicant
- Multifamily construction experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple trades
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage projects from mobilization through completion
