DePaul Cristo Rey High School is seeking a Principal to lead academic excellence, strengthen our Catholic identity, develop faculty and staff, and create an environment where every student can thrive.
Reporting to the President/CEO, the Principal provides leadership across academics, student life, faith formation, college readiness, and faculty development while collaborating across all areas of school life.

Qualifications
● Master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or related field.
● Active, practicing Catholic with a commitment to advancing our Catholic identity and mission.
● Ohio principal/administrator licensure or eligibility.
● Significant secondary classroom teaching experience.
● Experience leading, coaching, and developing educators.
● Demonstrated success in student achievement, school culture, and organizational change.
● Commitment to serving students from under-resourced communities.
● Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\

Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
