Schedule: Part-Time | 25 Hours Per Week
Shift Details: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (No weekends, no holidays!)

In this role, you will provide high-quality direct patient care within the endoscopy setting, including implementing care plans, delivering interventions, and managing medication administration. Essential Duties
- Patient Care: Plan and deliver safe, effective care while monitoring patient conditions and carrying out ordered interventions.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient status, responses to treatment, and progress toward care goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes and experiences.
- Compliance: Maintain patient privacy (HIPAA) and ensure all practices comply with regulatory agencies (OSHA, ODH, TJC, etc.).
- Efficiency: Utilize resources appropriately to support cost-effective care.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Ohio RN license.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA required).
- Education: BSN preferred.
- Experience: Endoscopy experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, leadership, and time management skills.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
