What You’ll Do (Essential Duties):
- Clinical Support: Lead patient intake by rooming patients, obtaining vitals, recording medications, and processing lab specimens across multiple primary care locations.
- Patient Coordination: Schedule procedures and surgeries, coordinate with surgical vendors, and manage physician block times.
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure data integrity within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and seamlessly manage complex insurance authorizations.
- Compliance: Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold all OSHA and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- Experience: 1+ years of direct patient care experience.
- Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: We actively seek candidates with experience as an STNA, Phlebotomist, CNA, or Pharmacy Tech.
- Education: Medical Assistant schooling is a plus, but we welcome all candidates with relevant, hands-on healthcare experience.
- Skills: Exceptional customer service, the ability to multitask in fast-paced clinics, and proficiency in medical record databases.
