Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a Surgical Scrub Technician course from an accredited program.
- Certification: Current AHA BLS certification.
- Experience: Prior Operating Room experience is highly preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
- Efficiency: Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
