About the Church Hillcrest Baptist Church, located at 1505 South Main Street in Bellefontaine, is a warm, dedicated congregation of 25 to 35 believers with a heartfelt desire to grow and serve our community. As a small church body actively going through a season of revitalization, we are intentionally expanding and strengthening our children’s ministry, outreach initiatives, and worship ministry to glorify God and reach our neighbors. Our Ideal Pastor We believe our ideal candidate will be a man with: Minimum 3 to 5 years of pastoral experience, with a proven track record in leadership and ministry development. ​Possesses strong leadership skills to guide a dedicated congregation through a season of revitalization. Revitalization experience is a plus. ​Embraces change and demonstrates a clear, strategic desire to grow the church body and expand local outreach. ​Exhibits a humble willingness to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally alongside the congregation. ​Skilled in equipping and empowering team members across key areas such as worship, outreach, and children’s ministry.
