Job Summary
Are you an experienced CNC setup professional who thrives on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and keeping production running at peak performance? A.J. Rose Manufacturing is looking for a hands-on CNC & Automation Technician to support our CNC lathes, spinning machines, and automation systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Set up CNC lathes and spinning machines for production.
- Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues.
- Perform tooling changes, repairs, and machine adjustments.
- Verify part quality using precision measuring equipment.
- Support and train operators on machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain automation systems, work holding, and tooling.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of CNC lathe setup experience
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar controls.
- Ability to make offsets, minor program edits, and machine adjustments.
- Skilled with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and inspection equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and communication skills.
