Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: $22+/HR DOE
Evening Shift: 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday
Starting Wage: $24+/HR DOE
Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

We are looking for Production Associates to join our team.
Summary:
The primary function of this position is to produce high quality garage door panels per customer order.
No prior garage door industry experience required - we provide full on-the-job training. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we're most interested in candidates with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.
Essential Duties:
- Operate hand/power tools.
- Learn and apply product specifications across a variety of manufactured product types.
- Read and interpret production charts, specifications, and work orders.
- Safely start-up, operate and shut-down production machinery and equipment.
- Safely lift, carry and handle raw materials and finished product, up to 75 lbs.
- Transport and stage finished products to designated locations.
- Assist in Production and Shipping areas as requested.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Maintains a high level of quality to eliminate mistakes.
- Operate with Passion, Energy and Enthusiasm.
- Always remain safety conscious.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Skilled hand/eye coordination.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills in all situations.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols.
- Have prompt and reliable attendance.
