FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA (USA). Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a collegial group of energetic ENT and Audiology providers in Fargo, ND.

• The ENT Hospitalist position is designed primarily to provide reliable 24/7 ENT call coverage, while maintaining a reasonable level of scheduled clinical and surgical activity to support provider satisfaction, maintenance of clinical and surgical skills, and additional outpatient and surgical capacity for the department.

• Provide 24/7 ENT call coverage in the form of Hospital and ED consultations, rounding, and urgent/emergent surgery as needed along with some minor outpatient surgery

• Timely access to the OR as needed for urgent inpatient and ED cases

• Three 4-hour clinic sessions per week, focused primarily on hospital follow-ups and urgent consultations, with limited elective practice as scheduling allows

• 7–14-day blocks coordinated between two hospitalists and/or hospitalist and department physicians

• The group has a dedicated Hospitalist NP that supports the department by managing adult and adolescent inpatient consultations, while the physician independently manages pediatric consultations

• Region’s only Level I ACS verified Adult Trauma Center + Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center
