Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a Computer Science-related field, Bachelor's preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • No prior software development experience required; 1 year preferred

  • Basic knowledge of unit testing theory and Test-Driven Development principles

  • Basic knowledge of software development, including application of the Software Development Lifecycle

  • Basic exposure to web development using HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and C# desired

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to follow design specifications, test plans, and directions in building applications

Physical Demands

Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily). Color vision is required for reviewing charts, graphs, and visual presentations. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.

On-site at the CC Home Office in Southern Pines, NC — a climate-controlled workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
