WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Restaurant Server, you'll deliver friendly, efficient service while helping guests enjoy their dining experience.
- Greet customers, take food and beverage orders, and provide attentive table service.
- Accurately enter orders and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Recommend menu items, beverages, and desserts to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
- Process customer payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Keep tables, dining areas, and server stations clean, stocked, and organized.
- Complete assigned side work and assist teammates during busy shifts.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tables and remain organized during busy periods.
- Dependable attendance and availability to work assigned shifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a busy, full-service restaurant, diner, or casual dining environment.
- Experience using a restaurant point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Experience recommending menu items and providing suggestive sales.
- Ability to work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
WORK SCHEDULE
Part-Time | Evening & Late-Night Availability
We are currently seeking servers who can work evening shifts, including shifts ending as late as 1:00 AM.
Scheduling is based on restaurant needs and employee availability.
