BASIC FUNCTION 

Spring up frames. Apply no sag springs in backs. Cover exposed springs with FLW 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Set frame on bucks 

· Staple burlap & steel bands 

· Set twine, set spring in position and anchor 

· Tie and anchor down springs. 

· Cover springs with FLW 

· Apply poly cover to the arms and set off bucks 

· Exercises care and follows the proper safety procedures to prevent injuries to themselves and their co-workers.

• Klinch It Gun
• Scissors 
• Hartco Gun
• Nippers 
• Bolt Cutters
• Claw Hammer
• Razors
• Staple gun
• Tack Hammer

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED IN POSITION: 

Safety Glasses 

Ear Plugs (When required) 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

High School graduate preferred 

Should be able to lift and move heavy frames
