Carolina TotalCare in Concord, NC is seeking a full-time Clinical Support Specialist - Neuropathy Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. PAY: $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to perform well and stay calm under pressure

Experience in healthcare (optical, dental, veterinary, podiatry, medical offices) or high-paced service roles such as serving or bartending is preferred. No experience is required, as all training is provided!

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00/6:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with additional onboarding hours during the first month as needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - NEUROPATHY CARE ASSISTANT

In this role, you'll prepare exam rooms and patient records before appointments, assist providers during examinations, maintain accurate documentation, and help keep daily schedules running efficiently. Throughout the day, you'll welcome patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, provide education regarding devices and supplements, and serve as a reliable resource for both patients and team members.
