Job Specifications
Junction of Function is seeking Occupational Therapists who are committed to helping students develop the skills necessary to participate successfully in their educational environment.

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and clinical observations.
Identify student strengths, needs, and barriers to educational participation.
Develop individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct and indirect OT services.
Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional school participation skills.
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary evaluations.
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, school psychologists, SLPs, and special education teams.
Recommend accommodations, modifications, classroom supports, and assistive strategies.
Complete evaluations, reports, progress notes, and service documentation accurately and on time.
Provide consultation and guidance to educational staff and families.
Support students in developing independence and skills for academic success.
1) Able to pass Background Check.
2) Current Liability Insurance
3) NCBOT (North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy) License
4) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
