Job Description

As a Lead Superintendent - Construction - White Plains, you will be responsible for:

• Leading all field operations on ground-up multifamily residential projects
• Managing and mentoring Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff
• Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Driving project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
• Overseeing wood-frame / stick-frame construction from foundation through turnover
• Coordinating site logistics, workforce planning, and material procurement
• Managing project quality control and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
• Leading jobsite safety initiatives and enforcing OSHA standards
• Coordinating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams
• Reviewing construction documents, subcontractor schedules, and work plans
• Managing inspections, testing, and municipal approvals
• Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
• Leading punch-list completion and final project turnover

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience in construction
• Extensive experience managing ground-up multifamily residential projects
• Strong wood framing / stick-frame construction experience
• Experience leading projects valued at $25M+ preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams
• Strong understanding of multifamily construction sequencing and site logistics
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• Experience with podium-style and wrap-style residential developments preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
• OSHA 30 Certification required
