Requirements

Desired Skill set

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience with framing and rim joist installation

Installation and repair of Carrier and Jack Beams

Sill plate reconstruction

Ensure each job is completed to all customer specifications

Compliance with all local and state building codes and health/safety regulations

Ability to conduct repair work

Competencies for success

Strong background in construction

3-5 years relevant experience

Have strong attention to detail

· Able to Learn

· Adaptable

· Work with integrity

Must have a valid driver’s license, ability to pass Pre Employment screenings, including a DOT physical as well as a background screen.
