Job Description
As a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Syracuse, NY, you will:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and consultants.
- Manage procurement, contracts, and project buyout.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Review field operations and quality control.
- Manage change orders and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings and project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Strong scheduling, estimating, and contract management skills.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Consistent construction industry work history.
