Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

Post Rehabilitation Services is looking for a Physical Therapist to join the rehab team at Waterview Rehab and Nursing Center. You'll help residents work toward the mobility they need for daily life, whether they're recovering from a recent hospital stay or managing ongoing physical challenges.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents' movement, strength, and balance

• Create treatment plans with goals tied to each resident's daily needs

• Provide therapy for walking, transfers, and functional mobility

• Reassess progress and adjust treatment throughout the resident's stay

• Document care and coordinate with nursing and other rehab clinicians

Qualifications

• Active New York Physical Therapist license
