What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive inspections and reconditioning of used vehicle inventory

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, braking, HVAC, and drivability concerns

• Complete maintenance services to prepare vehicles for frontline sale

• Identify and document repair recommendations according to dealership standards

• Perform quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and appearance requirements

• Work efficiently to meet internal production and turnaround goals

• Utilize service information systems, scan tools, and electronic repair resources

• Collaborate with service, parts, and used vehicle departments to ensure timely completion of work

• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience

• Additional experience in agricultural, construction, marine, or commercial vehicle repair welcomed

• Familiarity in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing engines, electrical systems, and transmissions

• New York State Inspection License

• Up-to-date ASE Certifications

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The flat rate range for this position is $20.00 to $41.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
