At Signarama, the world's leading sign franchise, we are looking for a dedicated Production and Design Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role involves designing, producing, and installing high-quality signage while providing excellent service. You will use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft all types of signs and products. If you enjoy creative work and hands-on tasks, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Mastery: Craft various types of vinyl, banner, and mounted signs.
- Technical Proficiency: Efficiently operate production equipment such as laminators, plotters, and large-format printers.
- Customer Interaction: Represent our brand professionally both in-store and on-site, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
- Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites and perform simple installations.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications:
- Must know the Adobe Design Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Mathematical and spelling skills
- Proficiently using basic measurement tools
- Fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting over 20 lbs
