Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a COTA at Medford MultiCare. You'll help residents translate their occupational therapy goals into everyday skills, supporting both recovery and ongoing needs in a skilled nursing environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatment following the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan

• Help residents practice dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities

• Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use during functional tasks

• Observe residents' responses and communicate progress or concerns to the OT

• Complete treatment records and work closely with nursing and the rehab team

Qualifications
