Job Description
As a Class A Office Interiors Project Manager | Manhattan, NY you will:
- Manage Class A office interior projects from inception to completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
- Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
- Track project financials and ensure successful delivery
- Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines

The Successful Applicant
A successful Class A Office Interiors Project Manager | Manhattan, NY should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial interiors GC
- Experience managing Class A office, corporate, or tenant-fit out projects
- Strong understanding of NYC construction practices and building requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
