Job Description

• Plan and coordinate construction project activities from kickoff through completion.
• Track project schedules, priorities, and milestones to keep work aligned with delivery plans.
• Work with project stakeholders to clarify scope, timelines, and day-to-day requirements.
• Coordinate construction activities to support timely project progress.
• Monitor project updates and communicate key information to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify project issues and coordinate practical next steps to keep work on track.
• Maintain project records, schedules, and status updates for clear visibility.
• Help deliver construction work that meets agreed project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan should have:

• Experience managing construction projects through planning, coordination, and completion.
• Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project activities and priorities.
• Experience communicating project updates with stakeholders.
• Ability to identify project issues and organize practical solutions.
• Experience maintaining accurate project documentation and status reports.
