Job Description
- Coordinate shipping operations for Amazon and Walmart platforms.
- Manage order processing and tracking to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communicate with carriers and resolve shipping issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and platform requirements.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping processes.
- Monitor and report on key shipping metrics and performance.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Amazon & Walmart Shipping Coordinator should have:
- Experience with shipping operations and logistics, particularly for Amazon and Walmart platforms.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
