Maintenance Supervisor

We are hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and help keep our facility safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance, repairs, and work orders

• Perform and coordinate general building maintenance

• Support preventative maintenance of equipment and building systems

• Troubleshoot routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues

• Assist with safety inspections and regulatory compliance

• Prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on maintenance experience required

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

• Working knowledge of general building maintenance; plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills are a plus

• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position

• $23.00-$25.00 per hour
