About Our Client

Our client is hiring in the building and construction industry, based in Brooklyn.

Job Description

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain workflow and resolve any on-site issues.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers and clients, to provide updates and address questions.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation related to site operations.
• Ensure all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in the construction process.
