Porter Supervisor in Brooklyn, NYKS Services (Kent Security)

Kent Services is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Porter Supervisor to lead our onsite janitorial team in Brooklyn, NY. You will ensure our residential and commercial spaces consistently meet top-tier standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction. Pay rate: $20.00/hour Full time with benefits Previous supervisory experience is required. Key Responsibilities • Train, schedule, and manage daily tasks for a team of cleaners. • Conduct daily building walkthroughs and quality inspections to ensure company’s standards. • Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning chemicals and equipment as needed. • Jump in to assist with cleaning duties, deep cleans, or unexpected absences when required.

Qualifications • Supervisory experience in residential or commercial cleaning/janitorial services. • Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, OSHA safety standards, and commercial equipment. • Excellent time-management and communication skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
