Job Description
- Assist Project Managers with daily project administration
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Track budgets, invoices, and project costs
- Help prepare change orders and contract documents
- Attend project meetings and maintain meeting minutes
- Support scheduling and procurement activities
- Assist with project closeout and punch-list completion
- Work closely with field operations teams
- Maintain project logs and reporting

The Successful Applicant
A successful Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 1-5 years of construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
- Strong attention to detail
