They are seeking a strong accounting professional to support key financial processes and help ensure the accuracy of day-to-day financial operations.
Job Description
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Review and reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with audit preparation and provide requested documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Retail industry experience is a plus.
