What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
• Deliver resident-centered care in accordance with individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor resident well-being through routine check-ins and meaningful daily interactions
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dining support, and the safe use of adaptive equipment
• Communicate observations and changes in resident health or behavior to the nursing team
• Build positive relationships with residents and share personal preferences to support a more individualized care experience

What you'll need
Required:

• Active New Jersey CNA certification 
• High school diploma or GED
• 18 or older

Preferred:

• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting. New CNAs are welcome to apply.

Pay

• $23.00 to $25.55 per hour, based on experience
• Evening shift differential: $2.00/hr
• Weekend shift differential: $1.50/hr
