Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Autumn Lake at Ocean View. Help skilled nursing residents rebuild familiar skills and learn new approaches to daily tasks, providing hands-on treatment under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care.

What You'll Do

• Organize treatment sessions around the functional goals established by the OT.

• Coach residents through dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting, providing assistance and cueing suited to their needs.

• Use prescribed therapeutic activities to address upper-extremity function, coordination, and endurance.

• Practice adaptive equipment techniques and energy conservation strategies with residents during everyday tasks.

• Keep the supervising OT informed of changes in performance, participation, and treatment tolerance.

• Document services clearly and share relevant strategies with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues to support consistent care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.

• Skilled nursing experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.
