Full-time, year-round maintenance work at The Shores in Ocean City, a short walk from the beach. Pick your shift: 9 to 5, 11 to 7, or 12 to 8. $17.49 to $18.65 an hour plus full benefits.

Who You'll Take Care Of
The Shores is home to seniors in independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehab. When a faucet leaks or a light goes out, you're the one who fixes it. You'll get to know residents by name, and they'll be glad to see you.

What You'll Do

• Fix electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other building problems
• Answer repair requests from residents and staff
• Do routine preventive maintenance so equipment stays safe and working
• Keep service records and inspection logs up to date
• Track tools and supplies so the shop is stocked

What You'll Need

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Hands-on repair experience in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
• Able to read work orders, safety labels, and equipment instructions

Preferred:

• Maintenance experience in senior living, healthcare, hotels, or apartments

• $17.49 to $18.65 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round
